Re: Newbie learning.

Haha, actually I didn't lol. Please overlook my stupidity. You have to realize I'm not so good with that whole "common sense" thing lol. But this is to everyone, I appreciate everyone for your advice, I'm sorry I didn't mean to get everyone in an uproar though lol. But from what I've seen so far you have all been very helpful and seem to know what you are talking about, each from his own p.o.v. But I was wondering I'm thinking about ordering this stunt video. Its supposed to take you step through step through wheelies, from the beginning to some sic tricks. Ya'll think it could really help or would a video be a waste of time and money?
Oh, and Hightower, thanks for the stamp of approval. lol.

Re: Newbie learning.

If you dont have people to ride with that can wheelie... and I mean real wheelies past balance point going decently slow, not freeway squids. then the vid will help you with the basics. However first hand advice from someone that knows what theye are doing is going to be better.

Now tha we have established that.......... More pics please

hot chick + bike + posting on SL = uproar

http://www.600rr.net/vb/showthread.p...ht=cage+thread
there's a good thread to read about 600rr cages. You should also consider trackcages/railz since they don't affect your lean angle any, and keep your bike looking more stock, but still offer good protection. Full/stunt cages are pretty much for people who's primary use for their bike is stunting and drop there bike on a regular basis.

full/stunt cage

trackcage / race railz

Re: Newbie learning.

there's a sticky thread in the Help and How-to forum called

Complete guide for learning basic wheelies the right way http://www.stuntlife.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72156 (Complete guide for learning basic wheelies the right way)

That's a must read for anyone trying to learn how to wheelie. The Level X vids are also really good. I have the Wheelies and Advanced Wheelies vids.

Re: Newbie learning.

aw, I have some good news, I've talked my mom into getting me some stuff for my bike for christmas. I mentioned the cage, and she wants to go with the 12bar...lol. I told her I should probably learn to to a 12 o'clock first, but...I'll take what I can get lol. But yeah I'll put some more pics up. And I did check out 600rr.net and registered. I noticed they have some very descriptive walk throughs on stunts. Thanks.

yep, and the undertail exhaust scrapes first on a 600rr, so it's pretty much like having a built in round bar:YEAH all you really need is a cage.
