first of all the poll has no credability, its flatout pointless, i bet if you walked up to anybody on the street and asked them if they were angered with the government they would say yes, its not a big surprise that most people are in fact who isnt at least a little angered with the government? During the recrystalization state, steel is loses almost ALL of its tensile strength and is highly HIGHLY susceptible to deformation under its own weight. In other words it's a floppy peice of metal. You do that to just enough points on a structure and its one big floppy flexing piece of weight thats going to crumble itself.
