 | How Do You Rate a Rider How do you rate a rider all around? From 1-10 (1)LOW (10) High 1. If a rider only rides in a parking lot and has a high skill level in the parking lot, but does not ride the street. 2. If a rider only riders street with a high skill level, but does not ride parking lot? 3. If a rider has a low avg in the parking lot, but is avg on the street? 4. If a rider has a low avg on the street, but is avg in the parking lot? 5. If a rider is avg in parking lot, and avg on the street? 6. If a rider is high in the parking lot, and high on the street?
