depends on what part your cutting. i use a dremel tool for most of mine unless it's a hole then i use a drill with proper attachment

Ive used dremels, hole saws hell even just a plain old hack saw blade.

razor, hack saw, dremel, die cutter and an air compressor, hell ive even used a pair of wire snips. depends on if you care what it looks like.

would you use a dremel for a 04' for frame sliders.my boy is paranoid about his graphics getting all f"D up.the cleanest cut possible?me i use the rubba hammer but i dont want to do him like that.thanx guys.

I've used a torch! Die grinder works the best. As for your buddy, i'd use a dremel i guess... something small with less heat... that way you could be more precise.

if its frame sliders i would get it circular cutting tool. its like a giant drill bit. easy to find and it will cut a perfect circle for your frame slider to fit.

Buy a hole drill bit. Make sure it is for plastics and size it a little bigger than the slider. Works like a charm.

do you just have to notch them or do you need a complete hole? i always use either a hacksaw or this big ass pair of tin snips i got, works like a charm everytime
