Not to sound like a smartass. But, don't you think if you got it from F.I. they would have the replacement plate?

They make a mega huge replacement plate. I was lazy, I welded another (yep, i was to lazy to re-thread) a 2x12" 3/8th inch steel plate on it.

Welding sucks (or i just suck at it). buy the right plate!
