| 12 Bar for a 97 GSXR 600 Hey guys, i need a 12 bar for a 1997 GSXR 600. It seems like nobody offers them for sale besides racing905 and i don't like their design (no offense or anything, just my opinion). I would like to make one but i want the design to be right. I can weld and have a welder. Any thoughts?

| if you got a welder or can weld then do that shit yourself. can you weld aluminum? stick some tube into your frame, weld it. then weld 2 pieces to the outside of the frame and to the piece welded inside the frame. then just cut it and mount the plate that will scrape. pm outs1derz if you need more info. this is how he made his

actually chromoly is a type of aluminum. and chromoly is stronger than steel. as far as weight to strength i think aluminum is stronger. you just have way thicker walls than steel. the scrape bar itself is titanium i think. i dont know for sure thats why i said pm outs1derz
