Who has a furred bike?

How much did you pay for the fur? I found http://www.mendels.com/fur_solids.html that place seems to be cheapest at $22/yd. I'm guessing 3-4 yards to do the whole bike. But damn! $22/yd is expensive! $80 to do the whole bike?

anyone got any cheaper suppliers?

I had a friend workin at Kragen Auto Parts, he hooked me up with leopard print seat covers for cheap. I cut em up and stuck em on my FZR a year ago. Nice thick fur. Took about 5 or six seatcovers and some stitchin... Looked pimp though, I matched the patterns so you couldn't see the seams.

I spent $42 on mine and got a shit load left over. I got all my fur from joann. They didn't really have the long shag. The white on my bike is like and inch and a half long, thats the longest they had.
