03 636 will not start

this bike has been giving me fits for awhile and i have finally come to the realization that I do not know what wrong with it.

it cranks, its got spark, and the fuel pump will pump fuel, but the fuel injecotrs will not spray it almost like something is telling it not to start.

i replaced the ECU and the tip over sensor and it still will not start.

what other sensors would prevent it from starting?

could this be a bad strator (sp) or some other little computer i do not know about?

please help, the nice weather is here and im bikeless

Well lets see if I can help you bud.....

From what you said I would think your OK electrical wise. If the bike is cranking than it should be safe to say the switches and safety mechanisms are functioning correctly. You seem to have narrowed the problem to the injectors....Have you attempted to replace them? (Probably not cheap). I would start at the direct location of the issue before you replace too many parts.

Feel free to dish out some more info i'll try to help.

P.S. Have you checked all the fuel lines for flow and/or cracks and leaks?

Re: 03 636 will not start

i have the a problem similar to yours, i show in the video whats going on with my bike
(i have not checked the injectors to see if they spray or not)

I NEED HELP TOO.

bike was running fine, i took it apart to paint the Subframe and when i put it back together im having issues with the bike staying on, the bike did started after i put it together but as soon i give it gas it would shut off,
i left the bike outside and cables got wet so im not sure if thats an issue, but i hear a clicking noise on the starter solenoid when i try to turn on the bike, the battery die on me and i took it to Auto Zone to Charge but still same problem

video of whats going on:
