636 Full-Faired vs. Streetfightered?

Still haven't finished my 03 636 build...
Contemplating whether or not I should keep it fully faired, or streetfighter it.
I love the look of full-faired stunt bikes.
BUT... I am falling short funds, and still want a nice handbrake setup, steel braided lines, round bar, and sub cage.

So my question is, should I keep it full faired?
Or sell my (minty) front end: lights, windscreen, front fairing, stay, mirrors, etc. and use the money for stunt part?

let me know what you'd do.

Re: 636 Full-Faired vs. Streetfightered?

I love the look of FF 636, it's sick looking bike, but there's more tricks on SF, so I'd go with SF

Re: 636 Full-Faired vs. Streetfightered?

ff bikes took way better. specially 03 04 636 but to get the parts you want and to learn easier might make u want to sell them or just save them so they dont get destroyed with in the first few ride you could easily sell the upper, head light and what not to cover most of your parts. but thats just my opinion.

Re: 636 Full-Faired vs. Streetfightered?

I agree with all of you (except Ethiopian) that FF looks the best fo sho.
But my wallet tells me to sell my front so I can get a handbrake, steel lines and new pads for the front, subcage, and round bar.
DECISIONS DECISIONS!

I was looking to get around $400 for everything?
lights have hyper white bulbs in em. (look hella clean, not blue n shit).
everything is mint.
Lights $200
front fairing $100
windscreen $25
mirrors $30
front stay $45
Does that sound pretty fair?

Re: 636 Full-Faired vs. Streetfightered?

full fairings impress at shows.
streetfighters impress on the street. whether you are stunting or not.

On the street, a full fairing stuntbike just looks like a shitty motorcycle, whereas a legit stuntbike gets the love.

You'll have more fun on a streetfighter, you'll be a lil more brazen, learn more quickly, save you money.

Do you even have BP with footbrake yet?? If your some kid building a stuntbike to look cool but youre never gonna stunt then yeah go full fairing, If youre going to be in a lot practicing cause youre a beginner then why full fairing, youre going to end up destroying the front end....
