because in order for them to impose any sort of court surcharge or fine you must be convicted/plead guilty to a charge of some level. so you def got convicted of something or they would not CAN NOT charge you any court costs. thats the law so either youre mistaken or full of ****.

 

well im not mistaken unless the DA, judge, and magistrate lied to me. i dont see that happening considering they can do whatever they want. plus, i couldnt give a **** less if ppl think i got out of the citations or not. i was just following up on a post i made a month ago. and im certainly not going out of my way to copy and post my court papers that contain private information so you fix your bordom issue or whatever else makes you the way u r.

 

its not what ppl think. its what the law IS. you can NOT be charged a court fee/fine without being convicted. oh and its not private information. everything contained in your court records is public information and can be viewed by requesting to the court unless it is a sealed record for youthful offender status or otherwise.

 

maryland u can go to the state website and see everyones court and criminal records.... alotta states are like that.

lol you got me confused for someone else, ive never had a ticket in maryland ever.

 

hahahaha damn... there is another one of you who has one hell of a driving record and an assault charge lol i just made the assumption.

 

nah man i havent had a conviction since 05. all my tickets were in ny too.

 

oh really? i didnt know that. how do i do this exactly, i wanna look some people up. but anyways idk man. they gave me a printout with all my violations; driving to endangerment, failure to stop, etc etc, 9 in total. next to all the violations it says amount ordered and on all the lines the judge wrote $0. i also recieved a bill that says "the payment of your court costs of $200 has been suspended untill.....". i have 20 days to pay it off. when the DA said somthin bout the $200 im like "wait, i thought it was getting dropped." she says "the 200 is for court fees. think of it as 100 for both criminal offenses."

 

you go to the court and request the information on the person youre wanting information on...pretty simple. or in md you can look it up on the website, ny has one too but its only certain counties. like i said, its illegal to charge you a court cost when your tickets are dismissed.

 

I can vouch for that. I had a plate ticket and a speeding ticket, 42 in a 25. Judge dropped the plate and I incurred no costs. He then dropped my speeding to 26 in a 25 JUST SO I'D HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING

pay the money for the lawyer. dont just drive down the street and pick one out. talk to some people and get a good one that wont rip you off, if they even exist. the system will do everything in their power to **** you in the ***. consulting stuntlife attorneys will get you nowhere and you need a real attorney. hey oj got away with double murder right? so outcomes that are in your favor can be achieved and it will save you money in the long run on your insurance and everything else.
