As was said...I wasnt doing 80 and if I was then I def wouldnt have been upset....I was heading into boston coming over the Tobin and they pulled me over between a few cars. Not going to fight the ticket either. $150 bucks isnt worth taking a day off from work...

dont depend on witnesses too much cuz i got charged with negligent driving when i crashed my bike and the witnesses were against me but the judge drop the charges cuz there was no evidence to charge me he said he couldnt go off of what other people said

I WON, sorta. Even though I proved my innocents of false accusations ultimatly having all charges and citations dropped I still got issued a $200 court fee plus a $25 hearing fee. fucking love the court system.

if the charges were dismissed they cant assess a court fee. only if you plead out to something.

maybe im just special. i have the court fee bill right here and the papers that dismiss all citations. either way. i went from $900+ in fines, and possibly losing my license to all offenses dismissed with only $200 cost. so im pretty happy.
