so close to starting 03-04 rr ??

ok well i had a rt clip on that i was told was for a 01 f4i and it plugged rite in idk if it was for it but i was just happy well im getting power to my ignition when i turn it on i get power to my rt and left clip ons and my fuze box but the starter button dosent work and idk if the fule rail should come on with the key but i dont even hear the fuel pump kick on everything appears to be plugged in and with a test light i am not getting power to the fule tank there is two wires rite by the rectifier plug in that are green,,, and,,, blk with blu tracer they are cut but i dont see where they would be reconected at also i didnt see a tip over sensor where is that at on this bike?and is that what those two wires are thats the only other reason i can see im not getting power could it be a bad relay???? plz lmk if you have any help would be greatly appreciated

TOS is located in the front fairing right by the headlight. Thats about all I can help u witht here lol

read post # 5 & 16. #5 is if the TOS was removed from your bike then you would bypass it just like #5. If it is still on your bike then you need to bypass it just like post #16.
