The frames on these bikes don't really weigh enough to matter. You put a bunch of reinforcements on steel tubing, it's gonna weigh the same if not more. I wouldn't pay too much more than $1500 on a bike specifically for stunting anyway, so I definitely wouldn't pay that for just a frame. Just like some of the other guys said before, we can buy frames after frames for the cost of a custom frame. Bikes improve too much to stick with the same one for too long so you might only go through 1 frame in the entire time you own it unless of course it's an 04-05 GSXR, that frame is a piece of SHIT!!!

idk man my triumph has a realllllllly bad frame it sucks i broke the first under the gas tank an it was crakin at the neck an the 2nd is crackin under the tank agine ive had this second frame a lil less than a year so alllll frames suck

i have seen just as many honda frames broken as kawi frames and as far as gsxr frames go well thats a hole other story ...lol

matter of fact if i include 900rr frames then i have seen more honda frames break than kawi frames

damn this side of the family has missed a shitload of info.the frame is 2gs and is being made now.Getting all the better info and shit on SR.I havent kept this thread up to date cause everyone is bashfull but anyway its on and poppin at SR so get over there for this thread.oh yea and its isnt steel its chromoly.

We're tryna find pro riders or any good show rider that is willing to use the frame for the 2010 season.oh yea its FREE for them also with a sponsership.

So I used to read the 'Streetfighter' mag from the UK back in the day. I used to see tons of aftermarket tube frames for the 'Fighter crownd. Dont recall company names or price ranged tho.. (i'm useless here lol)
