zx6rr and zx6r motor, how to tell the defference?

Someone please tell me how the hell to tell since I searched the hell out of it here for to long and can't find the damn vin to see if that has anything to tell me. anyone.....anyone

im not positive on this but usually right by the oil window it will say the cc's or somewhere down around there....

the 600 will have a zx600 in the motor #'s and the 636 will have zx636 in the #'s above the oil cap

(i have 2 motors and they are both the same)

the numbers are on the right side of the bike just behind where the clutch cable is attached (not the the clutch cover) but on the grey part of the motor
