I rolled my ankle really bad last season,I put ice on it for 20-40min then left it off for 20-40min then repeated.I usually never take proper care of my injuries,but I did for the ankle and I was ridin the next day(just sitdown coasters n shit)2 days after that I was good enough for SS's n shit.
You did pretty good shading on first gears tat,and that was your first try wasn't it?

its pasted a twisted ankle its been months and it still hurts

first full tattoo ive been at the shop learning alot, thanks thouhgt bro

Just need to slap the dual cal on and change front back tires and Im dialed in. If I knew ahead of time it was gonna be nice I wouldve planned on riding. Im kinda upset now. 2010 is gonna be fun.
