| Re: would i be able to stunt this bike well First off, It's a V-twin so I am not sure how well it gets oil in an upright position (wheelie) and also it has a pulley and belt to the rear wheel so you will have to convert it over to a sprocket (front one too). You would be buying a new sprocket and chain anyway though if you are stunting. |

| Re: would i be able to stunt this bike well There's a guy on here that just got a V-twin Honda to hit the streets with (wheelies and stuff). Enasi Tiller I think is his ID. Not sure if he got the bike ready or not but he would be a good resource for you. I agree though that you should not start off with a V-twin. Save yourself some headache and possible wrench time. Just go with the standards (636, F4i) or get a gixxer and get parts cheap because none of these guys know how great they are yet! |

| Registered User ![]() | Re: would i be able to stunt this bike well I had a '98 Buell S1 Lightning, and while it's a pretty cool and unique street ride that will do basic wheelies and stoppies on the streets, it's not a good stunt piece. There are no cages or even sliders for it, and parts are very expensive. The motor does struggle with oil starvation if you keep it at balance point for more than a few seconds, and mine was constantly in the shop for one thing or another. I loved the torque of the buell, and really liked the way it looked and sounded. It was cool to roll up to a bunch of dudes on GSXR's and show them that the Buells can get down a little, but it wasn't worth all the hassle. I went from that bike to a '98 900RR back in '00, and I've never looked back. Save your money and get an F4i or 636. - BigJason
