subframe brace

subframe brace

How thick is the steel you guys run from your rear sets to your rear peg for your subframe brace.

Yep broke mine last night, gettin it welded up but need to brace it too.

You can only do it on the left side because the brake Master cyl. gets in theway on the right.
I used 1/8 inch steel on mine.....seems to work pretty well.

I used 1/4" aluminum on mine........I think anything you can find that fits should work.

.....or you could just never EVER scrape and you'll be fine... I mean 'cause scrapin', what fun is that?!???

Thats good cause I broke the left side.

guess I'll just have to start bustin out like 50 circles like mark then huh LMAO.

did it on mine, 1/4 AL-YOU-MINEEUM

bent it around **** with torch and a vice!!! YA YA! lata guys!
