Well whatever works for you and your training, if your meeting your goals and doing what you want more power to you.. If not, a change in diet will make all the difference.. yeah, that why i said i need to do more research on nutrition, i doing well, but i think my body is capable of way more.

Just an update:

I started this program ^^^^^^^^ about a week after I posted the link in this thread.

Well I have to say it fuckin works!!!!

I didn;t know I had that much fat to loose but I've lost alot very quick.
I started at 217 on the scale with no shoes on in mid-Sept & now I weigh 187 as of this morning!!!

I haven't lost muscle just cut up and actually I think I have gained a little more. I plan to step up the meal plan to the next level to start to bulk up now that the flab is gone.

I havent been this slim in over 8 years!

Not me. I don't lose weight riding but then again I wasn't eating really healthy. That's just water weight but I drink a gal of water each session
