son i been shittin myself for 2 months no joke on tuna and water..... i do add a dolop of mayo to my tuna so i can get it all down... but it's not doin shit..... i hate to admit i'm doin anything to cut it.... cause i'm not goin anywhere.... i know my weights gonna run big cause i've got a big ass build... but i shouldn't be struggling like this... in the past... i would get chunky during winter time and slim down in the spring... but i'm just not cuttn it this year.... i'm all about my free wieghts.... i work out with active cops .... when i say cops i don't mean doughnut boys... i mean specials tactics groups and active members..... so i know i'm gettn what i need. and my bulks not hard and cut it's loose and soft.... so i'm gonna have to reevaluate some stuff...... cause i def. don't like this new body.

My body is on a fucked up cycle im not gunna lie. For years i loose weight in the fall from playing football and get in really good shape over winter then slack threw the spring and summer.

I have long muscles so no matter what i do. my arms just get solid but not any bigger regaurdless of supplements. My best advice to loosing weight the way i do is i drink a "redline" energy drink it's nothing like a redbull lol they actually rasie your heart rate and stuff. Chug one and do a hour on a eliptical machine then go about and do your free weights.

i cut about 50 pounds every winter this way im sure someone will say its not healthy or the best way to do it but its what works for me. Thats the biggest thing about loosing weight is that everyone is different

148-155lbs depending on when i weigh myself, but when i get back training i should be around 140lbs

actually everyone is different but mine didnt shrink too much from last cycle cuz i was on a simple one.

before (just peaking 116kgs)

now (106 kgs)
