30 is perfect for everything that i like to do. i don't notice a big diff if i go a bit more or less so i keep it there for front & rear.

A new tire i run a little low around 20 for a day or two to soften it up then 28-30 . i usually set it buy the squish method and then check it with a gauge .

I'm diggin 28-32 psi right now in the rear (32 up front)

My tire leaks though, so I'll fill it to 38, and ride it down to about 20.. Once it gets below 20 I get really sloppy on circles

when i first started, i used to run around 15psi, but then when i started to learn circles it started holding me back so i went up 25 and it was money.
