954 fairings to a 929?

Can you just slap any old 954 plastic on a 929? If not what do you have to do to make it fit right?

sure, just change the side brackets, clutch cable pressure gauge, headlight, sub-frame, hydraulic balance point actuator, under-tail. oh, rc51 wheels are a hot look!
