07/08 cbr 600

I have a 2008 cbr 600 with a two brothers exhaust but i was wondering if any one can ride tank wheelies on a stock bike. im barley riding them and im just smoking my clutch. If people do them on 600 what sproket ratios are you using.

You need at least a +15 for that, and maybe down 2 in the front also

Your gonna get flamed for this post big time. Biggest bit of advice if use your search button and for ridding wheelies practice, practice, practice.... The tank your going to want to mold with a heat gun to cup your ass. Good luck!

Re: 07/08 cbr 600

I did ALOT of tank shit on my 03 600RR.....had a 52 or 55 tooth rear if I remember right, and it worked good on the street, stock its geared really tall....and I'm sure the 08 is geared the same or taller.
+1 on the tank dent....just dent ur metal undertank first, then slowly press down ur slightly melted plastic tank into that metal tanks dent. Heat gun, heavy gloves, and patience come in handy for this!

Re: 07/08 cbr 600

btw......I tipped the scales at around 220-240 when riding street all the time, if I had weighed what some of you skinny fuckers do I prolly woulda been fine with stock gearing! haha
