so my third day riding the 636 i did a show... which was today...

bike has a weird bogg going on when you barely crack the throttle... but runs amazing at speed....

jus replaced plugs...
it came with a full yosh system...
clean air filter... dunnoo what else...

next... my rotors are warped...
anyone use wave front rotors? how are they for stoppies?

next... i checked all bolts i could think of an for legs.. an i cant find any looseness.. an i still got that crack/pop/creak noise in my bike..

only way to get rid of engine slug and bogging would be PC and Ignition Module that was dialed and mapped properly preferably with a dyno... see alot of guys put performance parts on and wonder y it runs like shit without taking care of fuel curves and timing..... but those accsories aren't neccesary for stunting ya know..... just my

Re: my 636 problems

2 things i can think of. I know from what iv herd is that when you put a full system on the 03 04's you have to use a power comander.
Also it sounds like what my bike was doing and i went threw everything!!! I mean replaced everything and no better. It ended up being the T.P.S
try another set of throttle bodies first before trying anything else. If you have a friend with one just swap them real quick to see if that helps..
Hope that helps you out.

I agree i just went through this and got my bike back together last nite. The stem bearings made the bike creak and i also thought the rotors were warped, because when i hit the brakes i got a vibration. pulled everything apart re did the bearings and problem solved!!!! as for the wave rotors i used them on my F4i and now stock with the 636 and i have no problems with the fronts. The rear on my F4i seemed to warp quickly.

if your gonna run the exhaust id buy the power commander and do the kleen air mod, it should clean the bogging up it did on my boys bike

maybe you guys can help me my FI light came on I checked the code and got a 63, but i cant find a 63 on the code listings....any ideas?

it seems like with the 636 shit is always goin wrong

your preaching to the choir my friend

no i know with out proper tuning all those expensive parts mean nothing...
but it has a serious bogg/backfire sound almost if i snap throttle quickly from idle... it seems more then a tune issue caused by headers!
it runs fine kinda... but sounds gross when im riding.. hahah

These are race bikes, the tuning, unless you're changing full exhaust or other majors, is great from the factory. Check all your electrical sensors first like Dan said. Or you're going to end up trying to map bad numbers. Unless you have a local dyno that will hook you up, stock = winner!

THROTTLE BODIES THE SENSOR ISN'T TELLING THE SECONDARY VALVES TO OPEN. DOES IT SEEM LIKE U LOST POWER AND U DON'T HAVE FULL RANGE OF THE RPMS?

i think it might jus be the kurse of krazy kyle... because ive had 3 engines in my f4i an 2 wiring harness's an even swaped to 49 throttle bodies an ECU... an my bike always has a bog an i jus had to get used to it, everyone elses f4i i ride runs like a champ compared to mine... an its weird cause it was kinda intermitnt

and now it seems like i have tghe Same issue... jus the kawi version!
cause the bog is diffrent... an since the bike has so much power i can easily ride with it... but at the show i was at yesterday in fresno... my bike sounded like it had diaharreha of the exhaust pipe! hahahaha

damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn itttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
