Yours looks pretty good, but only because you borrowed my upper tube section idea/design. Without that its just a 905 rebrand

And please stop saying Aaron killed my stays! He told me he crashed into a wall, and thats the only reason he was able to destroy my stay. And he still says its the best stay on the market..So stop talkin trash without giving the whole story, Its been over a year since I sent him stays and he never had one bad thing to say about them....In fact I have not had one complaint about them from anyone.......

I just destroyed one too, I stalled a SS gave a handfull by accident and let the clutch go, the bike flipped into the air and landed right on the upper first....Yes the stay bent and broke, but that was the only thing that broke.....All my levers/controls, dampener, etc etc were saved and that to me is a sucess...

I have to agree yours are the best! flipped a stoppie and held up awesome!
Ill have to get another one sometime for my other bike.

Thanks Ive flipped a few too and they work great for that, and are the only thing that keeps you riding after the fact.

Anyone can weld up some steel or aluminum parts on the bike itself using the upper and headlight as a jig, the real challenge is desiging something that can be reporduced over and over. With quality and consistency....Take a stay out of my latest batch and match it up with one Ive made 2 years ago and they will both be exactly the same fit and finish...Once my designs are finalized I dont even have the bikes here anymore to test fit them, but because of the way I design them Im able to make them over and over but exaclty the same...

PS comming soon 03/06 600RR and 07/08 ZX6R, 600RR is 90% done and should have pics of the prototype up soon...Zx6R is comming into the shop soon for brain storming but looks like its going to be very similar to the 05/06 stays, but I can use some suggestions/opinons for upper lenghts?

Re: New upper stay with Hohey

you could do like a 50 dollar cheaper model with no cross bar so people who want to chop their shit however low wont have to grind the upper bar and side off

just an idea, i didnt cut mine but i got the short stay and it works fine no clearence issues, flipped 636 clipons pushed out... i wanna see how it would do with a hohey triple though

I have done that and will do it again if need be, you just have to ask me......I can do alot of things, but people just always say "just give me the standard" so thats what they get.

I dont know if its about $50 worth, but not having to bend and notch the upper section does save me alot of time....So I could do them cheaper without that...

I was the first person to start using tube for the upper section of the stays, and use extra mounts that grab the top of the 636 headlight for support. Dont act like you didnt look at mine and use some of my design ideas, I dont care cause if I did I wouldnt post pics of them for people to see. However Im going to take credit where credit is due ...Those 2 key features are what makes them work so well, without them youve just got POS 905 stay rebrand that will outlast your stock plastic ram air, but do nothing more to better the overall performance of the stay.....Our stays (yes yours and mine) both do alot more to keep the front of your bike together, compared to the other stays Ive seen that just replace the OEM parts, but do nothing more to help support the headlight and upper......

Like I said your stay looks good for a home brew, but lets see you make 50 of them all exaclty the same fit and finish...Oh and maybe out of aluminum while your at it...

I can make you one that is really short for that, but you have to understand your going to have to cut your upper really short too...Some people even cut the whole tube section off right at the tach support plate. If your interested send me a PM and we can work something out, Im making a batch right now...

Im glad you like the 05/06 Im really happy with how those turned out
