theres not too much i can do about it now, but i did remember to keep my horrible shoulders out of the equation as much as possible...lol

wait till u see the pics, it wasnt just regular bits of gravel......fucking full everywere!!! and rolling pretty tall right over it....till the last one, i was coming to fast, i had to set it down and it hit the curb.....bent the whole front end forks, frame.....

Push ups, shoulder presses, lateral raises. get then shoulders strong!! That way next time u fall u will crack the concrete. Like yeah bitch!!! that whats u get for makin me fall. Then pick your bike up by the cage and slam into the ground too for not rollin a proper stoppie.
