Re: got a ?

id think they would be different, the R6/R1 masters are different and the R1 is better, so id think the same for gsxr's

Re: got a ?

There different, here's a pic of each I found on ebay. Get the 600/750 master for handbrake, I have one as my handbrake on my 636. I like it. I got the 1000 master on my other bike and it sucks.

The 06 gsxr 600 master was $15. That made it an easy choice.

My new bike came with the gsxr 1000 on it. I Ordered a brembo last night from hai tho, spending my stimulus check that the man sent me.

Hey you listed up a clutch for a gixxer 1000. so that wont work. They are both radial brakes but if i had to guess the only difference would be the 1000 would be a bigger plunger. i kno the 600 and 750 are 3/4 inch. not so sure bout the 1000 tho!

i thought the smaller plunger boar was better than the big for the one caliper setup ?

The gixxer radials are ok but they are hard as hell to pull if you dont put them on the inside and the clutch outside. I've had a few different Nissin Radials (what gixxers & 05-06 636's have) as far as I know the 1000 is the same as the 600, I've used both. I wasn't happy at all. You can lock the rear wheel but that dam middle finger is gonna get real tired real quick. You'll also have a hard time gaining confidence in learning to use a handbrake when it's that dam hard to pull

I have an R1 radial that I was saving for my next setup. I loved it for strength and feel. The only problem i had was it's not the easiest to get a great position next to the clutch unless you have really long clipons or Mx bars.

If you don't want to spend the money on a brembo yet the shindy is an awesome non radial master and it's pretty cheap. I had one of those on my last 636 and wish i had it back.

You want a HB that you can pull effortlessly all day but still have enough feel not to mousetrap your ass in the process. IMO the gixxer radials are not the one for that

Are you going with a dual caliper setup or the adapter & single caliper?

the 2nd link is a hydraulic clutch lever... I tried one that appeared to be off a zx7 and it sucked ass!!!!!! I know alot of guys running the gsxr1000 radials and they all think that its the cats ass...

I dont know why there would be a difference between the 600/750/1000... they all look the same and I think they all have the same bore.... the only thing different is the part # when you look them up at the dealer.

I have a 1000 lever off an 06 and so far its premo!
