so my msr raptor came in today was all excited to try it out. started to install the damn thing and it broke. that thing is a joke made of cheap ass metal. worst 70 bux i ever spent hope the shop i bought it at will give me my money back

yep I broke mine in 2 days, I used jb weld and brackets to rig it back together. Solid as ever now.

Swap out the adjuster and pray lol mine has been broken forever but it still works...

i think everybodys is broken...but they still work with a stock adjuster...mine has been on its way out since i put it on a year and a half ago....

been thru only 2 of them too....

just user error

up here in canada things just cost more then where you guys are i dont got much choice. either i pay 70 here from a dealership or i buy one from hai bikeshop which ends up being the same price when you add shipping and broker fees. btw thanks for the idea to use the f4i adjuster

have them send it USPS intead of UPS and there will be no broker fee!

mine breaks like every 6=8 months, but i ride alot. they are cheap but they work the best

yep thats exactly what i did.

if u dont keep the pointer thing in the right position it can cause cable drag which will make it harder to pull and possibly lead to cable breakage at the wrong time.
