Does anybody know where to get a oil pickup for a gsxr 750 k7. Or does anybody know if the stunex oil pickup that they have listed for k0 through k5 will work?

 

I thought someone said before that the pickups are the same but i dont know for sure.....gsxr's arent for stunting so its kinda pointless....


get a F4i and you dont need an oil pickup

 

the reason i think i need one is because even thought im not doing crazy stuff on it just yet. I'll just be cruzing through town and pull it up for probably only the length of a city block and when i drop it back down the oil light will be blinking on and off for a second and then turn off.

 

there is no pickup made for those bikes....Chech your oil, sounds like you dont have any...

 

yea... just run more oil than recomended and you'll be fine as long as your not in super high RPM's alot. He's also right when he says that they(stuntex) don't make an oil PU for the 06's and up!

And you couldn't tell my bike that it's not for stunting ... so stunt whatchya got!

 

Sounds like you need oil bro.

I slow speed my K6 and no problems.

And I have done mile long + wheelies at high rpm's no problem.

i check my oil when its cold and it's just slightly over. I'm still using a non synthetic oil would it help to switch to a really good full synthetic? and yeah ill try adding a little more oil.

 

and what about the tip censer i seem to be triping that in a wheelie or a nose wheelie. i've heard about using silicon on the censer or cutting the ring out of it. is this what everybody is having to do too.

 

I 12'oclock my bike and stoppie it and no problems...I haven't touched my tip sensor.

You cant do an oil pickup in the new gsxr's your prob mouse trappin so hard its forcing the oil to the front of the pan causeing the light to come on dont worry about it
