It's as long as you can put on an f4i. I had to tapp it past the frame with a hammer as it was.

I could have a bolt loosen up mid coaster and dump the clutch too, but I'd rather not.

Re: F4i clutch arm mod... weld-less version.

OMR find a way to do this to a 600RR cause i've been trying...
i've thought about going up and over the case with the arm
slightly shaving the case to fit it (worst idea i've had lol)
there has got to be a way.... i want easy pull
i felt my buddies extended arm plus MSR and i wanted to kill myself haha

Re: F4i clutch arm mod... weld-less version.

WOW,,,,, talk about blown out of the water,,,,,, i came up with a similer idea in dec and made a few and sent them around to some of the CO's around this indestry to see what thay thought about masspro this easy bolt on extion for the clutch arm,,,,, i made mine so you did not have to drill the stock arm,, and mad it so it had three settings like an easypull lever,,,, iv been runing mine for all three months now and nothing has loosened up,, and it is the sickest thing iv ever felt in the way of a clutch lever,, but i do use it with a MSR pro,,, i had to get used to how easy it pulled,,,, i found my self slipin the clutch a little when i didnt want to,,,,,, ill put pics of it and the insrutions for it on here when i get home,,,,,,, your idea works good cause the piece i made had to be welded together,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i knew i wasent that smart and somebody else was going to think of the same thing,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, good shit man and keep the good ideas comin

+1

but im thinking maybe with this drilling and adding (instead of welding) you could make the arm taller and then make it come over the case... if that makes any sense lol.

This thought went through my mind too... until I felt how tight these bolts fit... + the red locktite.

The 6mm bolts are slightly too big for the 11/64 (shit i don't remember the exact size?) holes i drilled.

I'll be checking them daily just to be safe.

This would probably work.... if not too tall.

thats how mine is.....got the MSR, plus we added a shade over 3/4"

we used a wider thinner piece of steel when we welded it on...cause we ran into the problem towliee talked about, but with the wider, thinner piece of steel there I simply use a flat screw driver and pry it down to get the clutch cover back on, then once inside the frame it straightens out and works perfectly and is butta!
