I got arrested in October for reckless driving - for 96 in a 65 on the interstate, in the middle of the night w/ no cars around. that sucked.

Also got pulled over and tackled off my bike, cuffed and thrown in the back of the cop car for an hour because copper said I matched the description of a convenience store robber who had fled on a motorcycle. that sucked.

One time I was drunk driving and I ran a stop sign and almost plowed a copper. I hid my quart under the seat and told my buddies not to consent to a search of the truck. of course, I got pulled over and copper yanked me outta the truck, gave me a field sobriety test - which I passed (gotta study for those tests ahead of time) then asked my buddies in the truck if there was anything illegal in the truck - they said yeah, they were drinking beer - and they gave him my half-drunk quart. Too bad I was the only one over 21 cuz they arrested me for furnishing alcohol to minor.

In High School I got arrested for possession of marijuana in my fuckin driveway. I wouldn't let the cop search my car, but he saw a .22 shell on the floor through the window and that gave him probable cause to find my half!

In '01 I got arrested at the St. louis Intl. airport for smuggling about 6 grams of hash into the country coming back from England. Fuckin drug dog smelled it on me. I knew they were gonna search me, so I took the block o' hash outta my pocket and crammed it between my ass cheeks. when they took me in the little room to search me the customs agent asked if I had any contraband. I knew I was fukt, so I reached down into my qass and pulled out the hash. the copper was like, "let me make sure it's hash" and he sniffed the hell out of it - and was like "OH YEAH that's hash!" he smelled my ass-hash.

One time I was riding out on a country road and I came upon a sheriff that was trying to get an ostrich back into it's field on the side of the road. I, trying to be nice, pulled over and helped him chase that fuckin bird around the road for like 20 minutes. when we finally got it back in the pen, the copper said, "I shoulda just shot that motherfucker." which I thought was funny. I didn't care that the copper didn't thank me, but did care that he proceeded to write me a fuckin ticket for obscured license plate.

I came out of a shopping center,with the officer behind me,i saw him turn his lights on,then when he crossed the street,he shut them off,wich most cops do,atleast down here in FL,so when me and the officer came out of the plaza and into traffic mad traffic was coming,so i bolted so i didn't wind up getting rear ended,well,about amile away i go into my friends neighborhood and took a side street and drove passed his house and i didnt see his 636 outside,so i went around from the side street in his complex and onto the main,well,a boynton officer came in his complex onto the main street,and nearly side swiped my bike,now,me going nuts not knowing wtf is going on,i pretty much made a choice,either sit there in let them
A.Throw me off the bike
B.Throw me off the bike and arrest me
or
C.Go around his ass and get the fuck out of there

so i chose C..

Then i went home,told my mom,(because we're a big italian family so if i didn't tell her and she found out she would of hit the fan)

Then about 2 days later,cops show up at my door step, my moms talking to them while i'm in the bathroom,i come out of the bathroom and the cop then said

"I was coming to arrest you and take your bike away,but your mom talked me out of it,did you know why i was trying to pull you over?"

"Well i was going to pull you over because you had YOUR VISOR OPEN ON YOUR HELMET"
And i pretty much sat there in total awe,one because all this happend because of my fucking helmet,and two,how can you chase somebody and try to pull them over when you don't have your fucking lights on?

So he gave me 4 Tickets One for my visor being open,one for no endorsement,one for attempting to evade police and one for reckless driving.okay well as far as the endorsement goes,its 250 fucking dollars to get it,and a 3 day course,i don't have the time nor money to do it,if it was cheaper sure id go.

well i was drivin my 1993 honda accord home to get ready for my buddys wake.. He just died 2 days ago.. and i got pulled over for a bad sticker.. i was upset and hurt because of my buddy and the fucking prick gave me a ticket because i asked him.. (What did i do this time) in a rude voice.. stupid fuck. so i peeled out and went home and bla bla bla. here is a pic of my honda after i fixed it..

It was a great payday thursday. i showed up in my driveway and i seen a SUV i honked the horn and was like.. MOVE THE FUCKING CAR . it was in my parking spot.. well i parked and went on the back deck and my mom was like... cops are here to visit you.. i was like oh fuck.. well long story short.. The busted me for growing pot in my basement... Then fucked me in court.


Chillin in my drive way one day with my buddies.. all of a sudden 4 cop cars show up and they all walk onto my property.. i say Get off my property inless you have a warrent.. they threaten me and say they will put me in jail if i dont shut my mouth.... (I shut my mouth)

That sucks cause you got that eye protection law. Just goes to show they already know how to bend the laws so they can you. I got rolled once cause I Had my helmet sitting on top of my head going through a parking lot to a gas station. I told him I didnt know the law said It had to be worn properly!

usually city cops don't bother me too much....state troopers, now that is a different story.

I was at a gas station getting some smokes on my way to work, I turn to walk back out the door to my bike and i see a trooper parked behind my bike blocking it in. WTF. I walked out the door and he turns on the reds and blues.

I'm thinking this is gonna be fun. His first words to me, "caught ya when you can't run" Like he was all proud of himself for that... When did i ever run from this guy?? Besides i was on my way to work, uniform on and everything. He proceeds to tell me my licence plate is obscured yadda yadda. I hand him my DL and ins card. He looks it over and asks me "what kind of bike is this?" all kinds of attitude in his voice. I say..."what does the insurance card say?" yup, pissed him off...but i was getting the ticket anyways so that was a freebie. $65 ticket for obscured plate.

I live in a college town so of course when u ride by the college kids out drinking they give the ya the fist twist or "wheelie" well i would do one or 2 and toss in some skitching and jump around my bike, and that went on for about a month i had a red gsxr with a blue tank shoulda painted it *moron moment

but i get pulled over for accelerating to quickly NOT speeding, or anything i sped from 35 to 50 as you would but i had a douch bag cop pull me over. so i stop climb off my bike to get my wallet he yells "sit back down dont move!" (already i can tell the dick head attuide) he walks up to me covering his gun like im going to try to run or somthing. He asks me to sit on the curb looks my bike over see's rubber on the inside of my fender " you been doing burnouts on a public road" what kind of question is that. I asked him what that has got to do with anything? before i can ask him y he pulled me over he sees my bashed tank and goes "whats this from standing on it, are these boot marks?" I said nothing waiting to see what is issue is with me, he says we've been waiting to get you, he brings up a incident that i had with some prick the day before...

i was riding the day before minding my own busness and i notice there is winshiled wiper fluid hitting me in the face and i cant fall back cause i had a car behind me so i flip them off, then they toss a cigerett out the window.. wtf ya know, so i pass them and thats all.

he brought that illeagle pass up and i explained how he would like it and he answers " i have a ducati I know how to ride" and i ride like a PUNK and hes writing me a ticket for speeding up too quick meanwhile says my tire is too bald" wtf im thinking it had 35 percent tred anmyways get my bike inpounded and then i am stuck walking to town. I hate small town cops..

Yea i hear that man.. small town cops suck. i got my license taken away for a year for crashing my car.. and my buddy did the same thing in a city and they did nothing. i just say Fuck the a Hole cops

I cant catch a break! This one was not even on my bike....
So i am in this little room doing the last of my community service for some speeding ticket from last season and there are like 3 other people in there also doing community service. So I start talking about how I got hosed with 50 hours when people with assult charges got 20 and then It turns into a "bash the cops conversation". We are having a great time laughing and saying FTP and "this one time when I broke the law" stories and I was telling about the video clips I posted on here. Even this old guy was getting in on it!
Then we start talking about something else for like 1 minute and This cop comes in the door and says "what you aint got anymore cop stories?" I just about shit my pants. He gave us a dirty look and went on his way... he was hiding around the corner for like 20min?!?
but whats he gonna do to me? So everytime we had something to say someone would go look down the halls for him. Then One of the older ladies saw him try and sneak in the back......she let us know.

I was Down in daytona with a couple of buddies last winter and got stopped three times in the first day we were there. First and second times we just had it coming we were driving like idiots on vacation and pulling endos and wheelies right in traffic (not like us usually) and got pinned down by several cops both times kuz they thought we were gonna run (but didnt). The third time we were minding our manners kuz we had already gotten two tickets that day alone and went around a stopped car that was blocking the lane off completly and he was just waiting there trying to merge into the right lane for no reason. We went around him on the left and even came to a complete stop first and passed by slowly but the a-hole cop found it necessary to come screaming up the median got in the middle of our group and cut sharply in front of me casing me to run square into the side of his cruiser and wipe out. His excuse was he thought he needed to take advasive manuevers even though we were pulling over and using our turn signal to do so. He caused $1200 worth of damage to my bike and I still got the ticket. Improper passing within the lane is what the ticket said. Its okay though I went back three months later to take it to court and was awarded the $1200 for the damage plus my travel expenses for travelling back down there as well as $2000 for personal suffering due to the road rash I got. The officer was given two weeks off W/O pay for his indiscresion and I got a huge smile on my face for giving it back to him just a little bit. The kicker to this story is I still had to pay the traffic ticket and they added 2 points to my license. It was all thanx to the guy in the back with us had a helmet cam and just happened to be running at the time.

Now this shit is gay... and long but anyway me and a couple guys are ridin home one night crossin into the city (35 zone) and this is a small town with a ton of small town cop assholes so we're doin 30-35 im in front in the left part of the lane cruisin and i see this jeep comin towards me thats ridin the center lines so i just naturally move a little to the right well just as this bitch is about to pass me she just fuckin like jerks the wheel towards me so i swerve and my upper arm breaks off her mirror, my mirror gets folded in and my helmet scraped down the side of all the windows, (yeah shits weird bc i was ridin with 1 hand and had to counter lean when i swerved) and i slam on the brakes and stop in a driveway, look back and not even a touch of the brake lights so i turn around and the other 2 guys stop in the middle of the road right as i take off, yada yada i catch up to her try to get her to stop then the 2 other guys catch up, go around the jeep a lil ways in front of her then just stop dead in the middle of the road, she stops i pull up ready to swing and i see its a chick that i vaguely remember from high school, she rolls down the window and i start goin off, callin her everything i could think of and im like why the fuck didnt you stop? she says she didnt know she hit me, i then proceed to smack the plastic chunk thats left of her side view mirror thats hangin on by a couple wires and it falls off and i say oh so you didnt notice this? and you didnt see my helmet right outside your window? she starts to cry, i tell her shes fuckin lying or shes on crack bc she knows she hit me she says no im not on crack but i was messin with my cell phone, i yell some more at her, at the other drivers that are now stopped in both directions and tell her she'll get whats comin then take off, get home call the 5-0 and change my mind and hang up bc i know in va you can get in some shit for "road rage" and the cops around here dont like me anyway i leave for the beach the next day for a week and while at the beach i decide to press charges, i take pics of the huge black bruise on my arm, i get back find out where this chick works via myspace also then go there and take pics of her jeep with no DS mirror and a scrape all the way down the whole side from my mirror then call the cops and they say theyll call me later that day, another week goes by and i call back and they say it was my job to call them back and a diff investigator has been assigned and he'll call me, another week and i start callin him every day leavin messages so he finally calls me back and sets up an appt, i go in and tell him what happened and he asks why i took so long to report it i get pissed tell him i didnt it was them he says he'll check into it and call me in 2 days, bout 5 days later i call him a bunch of times and finally get him and he tells me he doesnt think i have a case and he talked to the girl and and advised her to press charges against me for cursive abuse and threats if i take her to court and she said she will, then the dick tells me he can actually press charges against me for not reporting the accident when it happened and says hes actually thinking about doin it so im like fuck it whatever thanks for nothin, another biker gets FUCKED oh and the first cop i talked to actually said "wow, youre lucky to be alive, a few more inches over and youd be dead, that definitely warrants a felony hit and run charge" moral is...FUCK THE COMMONWEALTH

I've only ever been fucked over once.... and it wasn't too bad.
I just got down doing shit on 95 by myself on the way to meet some chic at Starbucks, but it was further north bout a quick 15min ride up the interstate. So I get done doing shit, wheelies, taking the off ramp way to fast, etc etc and I'm now coming to a light when I notice a statie on a harley across the media, I give him the little hello / acknowledgment he just straight ignores me. Bitch. So I get to the light, and up comes the harley cop through traffic and everything!

Tells me to not try to run, just to pull over, and I'm asking him why the fuck I'm getting pulled over and he said you'll find out soon enough. I'm thinking oh shit, well I pull over and he goes when u went by me I noticed through the media, and being another lane over that your license plate didn't have a white light and you didn't have it mounted in proper display. Boom, two tickets for one fucking thing.... a license plate. I know it's not much, but then a shit load more cops came and they all were back up cause he thought I was gonna run (and I was just sitting at the light waiting for it to turn)

at the end of last summer just past midnight me and my boy go out for a ride and we are both doing wheelies down a county rd and i notice a pig coming the other way so i said fuck that and took off and when i go to look behind me my boys still wheeliein so i was like fuck he dont know and i slow down do the cop sign and we took off down some side street but when i waited for him the cop used a cop turn around and was on our ass and my boy kept making all the same turns as me so i was like we should split up so worst comes to worse only one of us would get popped so i let him pass me and in less then 50ft a fuckin cat runs out, a great big fuckin cat of all the things that could go wrong this is it well the cat gets scared by him and turns and runs in front of me when we were coming to a fork and my road started to bend so i hit the cat and the bike goes nuts because i dont have a stabilizer and when i finally straighten it out im comin to the bend where i hit a rock on this guys front lawn and my bike goes airbourne and plows a tree at 40-50mph and fly off the bike and hit a boat in the guys driveway after doing 2 or 3 complete flips(i dont remember) after my body comes to a complete stop the asshole cop hops out the car and kicks me in the ribs and starts either pistol whipping me or hitting me with a billy club or something (i couldnt see i was face down) then asks me if im ok and my dumbass tells him my shoulder hurts so he picks me up by the shoulder of course and starts walking me to the car and as we are walking he asks me my friends name so i tell him i dont know him i met him at the gas station so he kicks he in the back of the knee and i fall on the street and chipped my knee cap then he picks me up and did it until we get to the car when im in the car hes yanking my helmet when its strapped i tell him and he tells me 2 take it off while im cuffed i was like sure take the cuffs off and id be happy to and he wasnt amused so he takes my bike along side of the car and asks me his name again so i tell i dont know again and hes like ok and slams my bike on the street so i just look away cause im gettin pissed then he takes me to the precinct cuffs me to the desk and unwraps a fresh pack of tickets and says ill stop writing these when you tell me his name so i was like i still dont know so 11 tickets and 2 charges later im off to court where they posted bail at 2500 and no one had money so i get sent off to jail for 1 day then good ol grandpa came through and got me out and he is still pissed off to this day the only good thing is the kid i was ridin with that day is redoing my whole bike because he could paint and i still got my license

o yea the bike was road hazarded instead of impounded so i got it back the next day for 150 the cop that arrested me was so pissed because he told another cop to impound it but he wanted to go home cause he shift was ending so he road hazarded it to avoid the paperwork and the cops almost fought in the precinct it was great

i feel i deserved to be arrested but not beaten
