yes. It also has 2 tabs on the back that fits into the hooks on top of the subframe.

I just seen this same style design on 2 other bikes. Tone and Big Kris of West Coast Connection. Looks almost exactly the same, but yea, they threw grip tape on the top of em and they swear by em.

dont think there is a problem with the 636 tails breaking like the f4is....ever single f4i ive seen brakes in between the 2 seats,

i persoanlly never had a problem with the 636 in 4 years breakin in that spot

all i know is since i have had one of these plates i have not had any damage to my tail at all....... and im a fat ass so for anyone out there busting their tails.... this is what you need!!!!!
