Sick Innovations Service

I just wanted to give Ian props on his killer service. It was only 3 business days from the time I ordered the cage until it was delivered. I placed the order Thursday afternoon, and got a pm from him on Friday saying it shipped. I came home from work today and had the notice from UPS that it was in:YEAH

There was a slight problem, but it was addressed and everything has since been fine.

Should I re-send my e-mail that hasn't been replied to in over a month and a half?

Tried that first, talked to Ian about making me a one-off sub-cage for my R1, he said it shouldn't be a problem, it just might not have the laser cut logo.....I said no problem, let's do it. Tried to call back and got some guy that didn't have a clue what I was talking about and told me they'ld be up on the website when it was completed. I tried to tell him Ian was going to make TWO of these units, so it wouldn't be a production run. He still hadn't a clue, and told me ian was too busy to talk and that he'ld leave a note w/ my name and #. It had been months, so I tried to e-mail Ian a month and a half ago.......this is where I stand now...........I don't really have the time and equipment to make my own, but I seem to be asking for a product that no one ever asks for.......so I may be honing up my welding skills.

We never got a biike to build it on, nor have we had the time. As far as the emails go, If you dont get a reply... Call.. We get overwhelmed with emails every day and cannot answer every single one, although we try. We wont be doing any one off parts anymore. Thanks guys, Ian
