Re: Upper Fairing Stunt Stays????????

just thought i would mention another reason to buy a johnny p stunt stay for the 636 since no one else mentioned it the stock plastic stay is one reason the 636 radiators get ripped in half because the plastics are bolted to the bottom of the radiator and when the plastic stay brakes all thats really holding up the plastics is that radiator ........stunt stay = long radiator life.....

Re: Upper Fairing Stunt Stays????????

well I got a chance to crash test the johnnyp stay and it didnt budge. I tried to 180 over a construction cone and got a little to high before I had a chance to turn it. Bike landed Right on they upper and the ony thing that moved was a zip tie that I had holding on the windsheild and some paint. Didnt even brake the plastic. Pretty scarry because there was some fabric from my jeans on the corner of the 12 bar but it didnt take any skin. Thanks again johnnyP. PS I will need one for a 636 this winter.
