When they tried to get the bike repaired, they say initially, Suzuki seemed cooperative. Jerard says after he raised that question about $7,000 in medical bills, Suzuki officials refused to repair his bike.

I've got friends who own those bikes and do wheelies all day and never any problems. I'm not saying that frames are still strong and not susceptible to snapping but I've never heard or seen any problems out here.
