the motor runs real smooth n sounds good ...every time i start up the motor so i dun have problem do wheelie then later on it keeps cut off and wont wheelie when it gets hot.

is it throttle bodies or maybe the regulator fuel is bent ?

if its cuttin on and off and losin power...make sure battery connections are tight, maybe its something that simple

 

it must be regulator rectifer voltage. cuz it is under my seat n wandering back n forth.

maybe thats why it wont let me wheelie sometimes.

Check your fuel pressure, if it's not sufficient it will idle fine but when you go to clutch it up it won't have the power to follow through

 

thanks bill , thats what I thought...I tried 2 clutch it up however i didnt get no power to get up.

mine did the same thing until I realized that one of the plugs on my wire harness to the front was loose......

 

nah , when my bike is cold , it gut a power sometimes ...if it is hot , it goesnt that much power and it keeps cut off .

 

everything looks fine ....it rides fine but i cant get it up.

 

your regulator shouldn't make any difference.. You can take it off and your bike should still run, just without charging..

at least thats how my fzr is..

 

I would check the charging voltage to rule out reg/rec since it's simple and takes 5 minutes, but I would bet 10/1 it's a battery on it's way out. You may not be getting enough juice to your fuel pump. Cold batteries store more energy.

nope... cold cranking amps are always more than hot cranking amps

 

pull the air filter and check it out. I had the problem w/my f2, it would run fine for low revs, then would fall on its face b/c it wasn't getting enough air. The filter had gotten a fair amount of oil in it, looking at it you didnt notice it was that dirty, but I swapped it will an old one I had and problem was solved.

if you have wrecked & oil soaked the air filter it will definatley affect the amount of airflow.

I was wrong, it's the other way around, hot cranking amps are more than cold cranking amps! my bad, but still after you ride for a while it can drain off whatever juice is in the battery if the battery can't take a charge or isn't being charged right.

oil on the air filter sounds like a good possibility too.
