Bad Customer Service With Powers!
first off before you read this this is what my freind had told me about his expereince with powers. The guy who owns the shop is freinds with my freind and well its a shame what took place. Have a look for yourself.

Let me share my experience with powersstuntworx.com the leader in crash protection. ha ha yeah maybe in crash protection but not customer service.
Lets start with the begining i got a 2006 gsxr 600 i needed a 12 bar everyone recomended them they did not make a mold so they was gonna take my bike as a prototype i dropped it off JANUARY 21 2007 to be picked up in 2 weeks which is FEBUARY 4 2007, well that never happened and they never started on it. so i gave them more time because another promise was made that it would be done and they was gonna get on it.
Saturday Febuary 10th came and yet again still no bike finished so i called another promise was made so i gave them the chance to redeem themselves febuary 23 can i showed up at 1200 o clock i was suppossed to pick the bike up at 3pm i showed early not that it mattered cause the bike was not done and this is where it get good.
The bikes in peices look like there only have few days on it so i take it cause i had a deadline for bike week and i had commitments to others i was told my 12 bar would be here tuesday i called today and nobody knows a dam thing about it.
Ok here's where it gets better febuary 23 i spend the whole night correcting there problem they caused bike would not start they unhooked stuff that should not have been touched so i spent my friday night trouble shooting my bike thanks for the help speedfreak, ashley, and viper . Problem two they jack my fairing and tail section broke my clips and cut my center tail portion up so thats jacked i understand its a stunt bike but damn!! So i called bout that no call back so its so bike weeks here and i got a no 12 bar and i got more problem s then i wanted.

that really sux man but there are always two sides to a story. I've ordered thru them before and received my shi7 pretty quick and they answered my calls. It's just my experience with them has been good. sux about your bike though...good luck man

yeah but im going to go with the SI cage and 12 bar. Heard there products are good and take quite a beating, plus i hear there customer service is great!

I have a powers cage on my R1.. its put up with a hell of alot of beating over the past year and a half.. all my freinds use powers stuff... cages 12bars.. sliders... and matt has always been super fast with me and always answered my calls or called me back with in a hour or so... **** i even called him one night around 11pm because i needed to check to see if he hadda cage for a new GXSR... damn come to think of it he ment me at 1am 40mins from his shop to deliver my r1 cage!.... like a few people have said theres always two sides to a story... so im sure theres a reason it happened... or never happened... just my opionion
