Got a Careless Driving Ticket... - Stunt Discussion

I was doing a tank spreader on a busy road at around 11:30pm (no cars on the road at the time)...i rolled past the cop at about 56km/h and the speed limit is 60km/h....cop pulled me over at a red light....gave me a $325(can) ticket and 6 demirt points.. i was wondering how I can fight this in court?

any help would be definetly appreciated.

couldnt have been careless if you were under the speed limit...you were in 'complete control'

no they considered it a careless beacuse of the 1 wheel on the ground..
