Goals

I know everytime I go out and practice I set goals for myself before I start riding. I usually spend about 30-45 min warming up and then start working on the goal for the evening. Does anyone else do this? It feels great when I hit my goal but it also sucks when I can't get a particular trick.

Anyone else ride like this? Any methods to the way you attack particular tricks?

Yep, usually puts me in a bad mood as well. We have no lights at our spot so my time is pretty limited towards the end of the season, which drives me to drink

it depends... but yes sometimes i ride likw that.

sometimes im just out to have a fun day riding... but then other times i get really motivated and keep trying somehing over and over and over and try not to let it go til i get it. sometimes its best if you feel like you are getting worse and worse at it, to drop it for a while, and try again later that day or the next day. it helps sometimes.

That's a pretty good angle. I hate it when you are getting close to something or start improving on a particular trick and then 10 min later you seem to lose it. I have def switched it up after that has happened.
