well today i wrecked pretty hard,i launched the fiddy off a ramp and when i landed i fractured my knee cap and broke a few pieces off that,fractured the bone under my knee and possibly the bone above my knee, i go to the orthopedic surgeon tomorrow, i gotta have a scope done inside my knee to check my tendons which the people in the er said are probably shot by the amount of fluid in my knee and i gotta have metal rods in my knee and possibly leg which i think also are gettin done tomorrow. i will give ya fellas a call and let ya know how im making out ride hard and be safe

well i went to the docs today.didnt have surgery i had to get a M R I done and i guess i torn ligaments and my ACL the doc said i will be outta work for about 3 months for surgery and rehab. im feeling a little better after they drained the 120cc's of blood off my knee cap lol

 

i also broke my knee cap and cracked the bone below it

it was as wide if not wider than my calf when i woke up today. its still massive so i gotta wait till swelling goes down so there gonna throw a cast on it and see how my fractures heal then gonna look into surgery after the cast comes off. the doc said i got lucky when he checked the MRI results and said theres a chance i can get through without surgery on my tendons because there may be enough fibers in place to heal on there own if all goes well but i def. need screws put in my knee.so we'll see what happeneds. the good thing is i got the strongest lortabs you can possibly get.its great im stoned all day from them

 

yeah i figured your knee had to be pretty much huge. I'm a CNA and i've seen some large amounts of fluid come out of knees before. Mine included. Just do what the docs tell you to do...don't pull a typical guy thing and think youre fine.... you'll be better off in the long run if you let everything heal properly!!! I know that from experience. I'm 19 years old and already have arthritis in my knee from injuring that

wow... that sucks dj... Hope they do a better job on your knee then what they did on my friend matt... He got in a snowmobile accident and has like 10 screws and some plates in both of his knees he can barely move when it rains or its humid it aggravates it bad.. Good luck.. Hope everything goes good with the screws and stuff..
