upper stay...which one should i buy??

i'm going to finish up my bike here in the next week or so, and i want something solid and dependiable that can with hold some abuse.
Let me hear some opions on which1 I should get?

First one is the one from racing905.com $199+S/H looks solid pretty nice, i've just heard stories about how badly it fits up on the bike installing it. Another thing i don't like the idea at all of using the cast aluminum o.e.m gauge bracket to hold the upper part of the stay. Its way to easy to bust that shit in half.

Second one is from http://store.runawaycustoms.org/upst.html $160 + shipping, looks solid. But i can see that being dangerous in a bad situation, if you look in the pics i am sure the top arms going up to the mirror tabs, they look like they could F*ck you up bad if you had a bad enough spill. But there is elimination of the crappy aluminum gauge bracket that cost $65+

But those are my choices, limited but those are my only options i guess lol
Post up what ya think

I'd either check that second one out or cantact 905 and see if they have made any improvements to their design.

I didn't even use the upper piece after a while, that was with that shitty chrome screen too. The 905 side plates that go into the air tube in the frame need to be thicker. Mine bent the first time I dropped it. it looks like that other one should be stronger.

hey shawn when u call arron to order one. let him know i sent you and he should give you a better deal......

and yes they have changed a bit i like the new design. u having the 636 the 905 would be better so u dont destroy your upper doing a highchair or highchair stoppie

ive seen both types used on the 636 and id say 905 without a doubt
