Some place out of Ohio. I contacted them and they said they were getting ready to do one. Never heard back from them and no replies to emails. So who knows.

Re: check out my hb bracket

when it comes to welding aluminum u gotta have them lay knickels on that crap n let that bracket sit for 2 weeks so the aluminum cures. and don't GRIND OFF the damn welds.

Alum cures? Cancer?... Nickles? I mean I can lay beauty beads all day, doesnt mean there's penetration ... like Niner said, cast is very poris ... when welding to cast it needs to cool slowly, 2 weeks? No.. PAINT doesnt even take 2 weeks to cure.. lol... Not sure about alum, but cast steel/iron needs to be cooled in sand, or it'll become brittle...

Re: check out my hb bracket

I'd get it all back together like it was before you put it on, then instead of actully putting it on the bike, find someplace with a CNC machine and bring some beer and trade beer for them making a copy of yours on the CNC machine, mabey even get it done out of titanium or at least a nice strong aluminum :-)

That's a good idea too. Then you can make a bunch and sell them and get rich. Why didn't I think of this?! lol

One of my friends used to do it, not sure if he still runs the CNC machine at his work though. I used to have some problems with breaking axles in my old RC car.....Titanium ones fixed that problem :-)

Re: check out my hb bracket

905 has one out now for the 636,I just got a pro. valve welded in my lower m.c. and it works like a champ, i work at a machine shop and everyone loves beer there, and even at that there is no way they would program shit for beer. takes a lot of time to mock everything up and write the program, the bracket did look really really nice...oh and my 636 has been a pain in the ass lately too, there brittle peices of shit..... or maybe im just hard on it....

Re: check out my hb bracket

Couldn't you just get custom brake lines made with a 3 way splitter... one to the foot brake and one to the hand brake?

Won't work that way. I'd explain but don't feel like it now.
