xr 70 fork oil change - FIDDY TECH: Help, How-to, Parts & Mods

i have an 03 70 with the stiffer front springs this weekend i went to change my fork oil and all i acomplished was making them way stiff and cutting the shit out of my palm.... if anyone could post up a little step by step for me id buy them a beer

2.5 ounces of whatever oil you want to use...(each tube)

pour it in when the bike is standing fully extended...
