![]() | Sub frame bracing So I finally bent my subframe down after sitting and doing seat standers etc. I"m like 200 lbs. SO do I: buy a chro-mo frame (kinda pricy ~$300) Find some one to weld up a new subframe out of chro mo tubing or something? Does anyone else have this problem? |

![]() | Re: Sub frame bracing You bent it down???? I weigh 205, never had that prob. Its just aluminum. Slide something over the ends and bend it back. Or get a new frame, OEM's dont' cost much. Or have a welding shop cut off the subframe, and weld on a thicker stronger one. |
