low power - FIDDY TECH: Help, How-to, Parts & Mods

just bought a 04 crf50, was running aprox half of the power of my 02 xr50. put in new piston and plug, cleaned carb and filter...still runs the same. it just wont go like it should, its a dog... ANY IDEAS????
