XR50 won't idle. Any ideas?

My XR50 run great but if you just let it idle it just dies. It has very low hours, like new. Must be something simple. What gives?

I have this same problem with my new 50 it has less than 2hr. on it. I'm thinking that it's still tight and needs to loosen up before it will stay running.

I got the same problem with the one Shugga just gave me yesterday. My buddie has one and he said he would leave it half choke for a bit until the engine warmed up, then it was fine. I am going to go home tonite and dick around with mine.

Hey Shug!!!! What is this piece of shit you gave away. Just kidding man.

I took mine out last nite. Choked it for a 3 or 4 minutes. Once it warmed up, I adjusted the idle screw. Turned it up about a quarter turn. Idle problem gone and wasn't idling too high.

Everyone is gonna be different. Just gotta keep f...in' with it.
