Please help, my 50 started breaking up on initial throttle

I bought a used 50 with an 82 cc bbr big bore kit in it. When i got it it ran fine, but now it breaks up at low rpm under a load. The plug also immediatly gets full of carbon. anyone have any ideas on what is causing this???

Re: Please help, my 50 started breaking up on initial throttle

did it start doing it in hot weather or did it run jsut fin in the heat before? sounds like it's running alittle rich, but i'd need to knwo more about the symptoms... does it do it cold or hot or both... what is the difference in the temp outside from when it ran good till now?

Re: Please help, my 50 started breaking up on initial throttle

the temp is maybe 10 degrees warmer. it gets worse as the engine warms up. I think it might need a smaller pilot jet because adjusting the air/fuel screw does not make a difference. do you know what size the stock pilot jet should be? I am gonna pull it appart tomorrow and adjust the valves, and see what is in it for jets. thanks for the reply
