Frames are not covered under warrenty unless it is a manufactuer defect.

bike would also be out of manufactures warranty and no aftermarket warranty is going to cover it either(trust me im in the biz)....And really the only way the manufacture would cover it now is if there is a recall on it...

ok, heres the deal, you do have a chance to have it replaced under warranty, I've done it several times, a couple actually out of warranty.

1) you need to a)Have a bike that shows no signs of HARD crashing or b)Strip it down so no crash damage is visible.

2)Since it is the frame, it is a HAZARD for you to opperate Kawasaki's product.

Your best bet is to contact a LARGE VOLUME dealer, they are more likley to help you. Ohhhhhhh, and I see your up north, if it's cold out and buisness is slow, 10 hours (give or take) of paid warranty time looks damn good to a serivice manager who's shop has slowed down for the season.

DSOG Thomas will become famous soon enough
I know a guy who has a frame for like $400

and Im not scared to take that cracked frame off your hands

or you can just get it welded.....I assume the cracks are right on the top of the bend near the gas tank? Mine has been welded there a few times.....It dont really cause any problems

Kawasaki knows their sh!t cracks. seen it on a few zx bikes. They were taken care of even out of warranty. if the dealer wont do it...call Kawi.

At least you don't have a gixxer, lol, they crack bad. Also no warranty, mine cracked in about 8 or 9 months and they told me to eat crap. And my bike was pretty clean telefonica.
