GSXR 750 Riders Please HELP!!!

I got a 2000 750 motor in my 600 and here's my problems. One the cable on the Servo ( I believe ) was frayed and broken so i switched it out with the one off my other engine. Now when I turn the key on it moves like normal except it makes a popping sound like it's not long enough or something. I really need help, I'm trying to get back into the game and this is my first 750 to mess with. Let me know what yall think, Also the dang thing won't crank, it tries but it just won't go all the way. Please help.

How far are you from austin? Truck that thing down here and we will fix it up and ride all weekend. We have an ultra clean private spot right now available on the weekends. I have lots of 750 parts and a manual. BTW, what error codes are you gettin? a c28 for sure but what else?

Dude I wouldn't know what codes I'm getting because I bought some gauges off of ebay and the guy crapped out after I bought them. I'm about 6 or 7 hours from Austin right now, but I'm thinking road trip in december, lol. I figured you'd know what's up. I finally got it to crank, so now I'm riding it, but that dang thing still pops and is all messed up. Oh, and now the dang bike barely turns right, it's pulling I think my forks might be bent.

Did you pull the stv cables you are using now from another 2000 750 motor? Those cables are only like 10 bucks at a dealer. If you have the right cable on there make sure its adjusted properly. If you need the manual pages showing how to do it let me know.
