900RR Bar end snapped off...

After landing a wheelie hard, my left bar end snapped off. not the screw only, but the inside of the bar end just snapped off. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to buy another left clip on?

there is an inner piece that will come out, probbly gonna be hard to do with the screw gone. but get it out and then you should be able to get the screw out

Had the same shit happen a couple years ago! Thankfully, it was during Bike Week so I took it down to Bob and Jeannette at the mobile repair shop in the pit at Daytona. Bob tried with an EasyOut at first with no luck, but then heated the end of the clip on with a blowtorch and took the easyout to it again and it worked. It was a lot cheaper than buying a new clipon.

it wasnt the screw that snapped, the part that snapped is the inner piece where the screw goes into...

Ok, so the screw isn't there anymore, and there's a hole where the screw used to be in the bar end?

If so, why not get a mallet and knock it to break the static hold, then stick something L-shaped like a small allen wrench in there and pull it out with a vise-grip.

Thumbs up

Bar ends wont cause tankslappers bub. The only thing they do is help with vibration so your hands dont go numb. Fill the inside of the clipon with some silicone.
