I've never rocked a F4i yet, but I own an '04 636 and I've ridden my buddie's '04 R6 and I like the 636 alot more; The R6 seemed to wheelie easy, but it felt really unstable and choppy. Maybe with more practice on it that would get better, but my 636 came pretty natural when I first started riding it.

easy...if you put one next to a 04 636...the seat height/peg hight/bar height...are almost the same....has alot more power then a shity f4i......parts are easyer and cheaper to get then an f4i....(r6 type s not the high rev is the same from 03-08)......ive riden them all and the r6 turns in like its on rails... and once you get used to the power the fi is so much smoother down low ,

there is only really 2 weak point to an r6
1)no one makes an oil pick up
AND 2) THE SUBFRAME is pretty weak it you dont aready have good brake controll you'll crack it...but thats why C4 makes a sick subframe outa steal and cost just under what a stock one cost.....

that might have been true a few months ago..but like i said...c4 revolitions makes a sick subframe to replace the flimsy stock one and there are more and more pros running r6 type 's....infact what kinda bike did they build for the xdl final champ as a prize???? an r6
and like i said you can buy parts cheap as hell since 03-08 all parts are compatable....i got a whole bike salvaged tittle for $700......other wise get a 636...f4i are a thing of the past..there heavy and underpowered...and what parts are left out there...such as stock subframe/frams/rims/engines are getting harder and more $ to find

i voted 636 and i rode an r6. i like it alot actually. it felt real compact and nimble. i love my kawi though.
